First Signal #10 — The Check-In

At some point, the search pauses.

Not because you’ve found an answer, but because something in you turns inward.

You begin to check in.

Not with your thoughts, but with something quieter.

For a long time, attention moves outward.

What’s happening.
What’s next.
What needs to change.

But slowly, something shifts.

You begin to notice how you are — beneath the surface of reaction.

There is a subtle awareness of your own state.

Not judgment.
Not analysis.

Just noticing.

And in that noticing, something begins to stabilise.
