Reclaiming the Heart: A Journey Back to Love
He devised a plan to entrust his heart to the goddess and to the place that was his true love's home.
He set numerous conditions before heading out adventuring without memory.
His goal, truth by truth, became clear as he slowly figured it out: to cleanse himself of malice, programming, and unconscious subjugation of Woman.
All of that needed to be purged before he could reclaim his heart.
Those were the conditions he set for himself so that he could be with his true love without impediment, without a single speck of defilement in his being.
Without his heart, he could still feel love, but he was unable to express it to his love or to anyone properly.
In a way, this became his prison.
He could feel love as if it were a distant memory, appearing, but not enough form to express itself verbally.
Often, he made stubborn attempts to express it through actions, most of which failed to manifest.
Every truth he discovered about love took him a step closer to the vault where his heart was kept; as promised.
He now stands at the last door.
It creaks open, but only a crack, because he has yet to stop falling for the deception that keeps man and woman from uniting as the sacred oneness they both pursue.
Now, with conscious awareness of where his heart is, he can see the end goal.
Most importantly, he fully understands himself when it comes to love.
Sometimes he sits to connect the dots in situations where love could not be expressed: and in some cases, when it was at its worst, unable to be felt even when the purest of love was showered upon him.
With determination and gaze focused on reclaiming his heart, he is confident that overcoming this last hurdle is but a matter of time.
